Friday 08:00 - 16:30

There is sufficient parking available in front of the door. On the Breitnerlaan paid parking applies from 09:00 to 17:00. Login code: 2058. By public transport the practice can be reached using bus 23.

Treatments by Appointment

We do treatments exclusively by appointment. An appointment can be made by phone or by email. The practice can be reached by phone from 08:00 to 14:30 on tel: 070 – 22 11 785. You can also mail to info@breitnertandartsen.nl.

If you are unable to attend, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you fail to do so, the costs for the reserved time may be charged.

In case of Emergency

In case of emergency we strive to help you the same day; please contact us as early as possible, so that we can free up space for you.

In case of emergency outside of opening hours you can contact the Hague dental emergency service in the Haaglanden Medisch Centrum tel: 070 – 22 11 785

Payment terms and rates

Our invoicing is handled by Famed. If you have questions you can contact Famed tel: 0900 – 0885 or using the website www.famed.nl

In the Netherlands uniform rates apply to oral care. You can find these rates and their explanation on the website of The Dutch Healthcare Authority.

Complaints

We will do our utmost to make your visit or treatment as pleasant as possible. If, however, you are unsatisfied about something, you can contact Mr. van Velthoven: tel: 070 – 22 11 785 or send an email to dirk@breitnertandartsen.nl.
